I am fairly new to wordpress and have built a new site using Angular. I have come across a problem and i need help with.
For some reason when editing my posts or pages or portfolio items no longer show any text/images in the visual editor window. (Not in the site thankfully). If I go to the html editor window, I get the text there but I need to see it (with the images) in the visual editor however..
I have tried deactivating all plugins and reactivating them one by one to see if it makes any difference, but it still persists.
When, however, I change my theme to the default twenty ten theme I get the visual page/post/portfolio items come back in both visual and html editor modes!
This makes me think its a problem with the angular theme.
If I replace the angular theme into my wp-content folder using ftp, however, it will reset all my styling and and I will lose lots of my hard work. What is the best way to reinstall the theme without it defaulting to the Angular (Yellow/White) default theme?
I hope this makes sense. Thanks for your help and any advise you can give me in this. MylesJune 11, 2013 at 11:54 pm #124102

Unfortunately it has not made any difference. I can only view the html editor window and not the visual window. I used the method described in the tutorial you sent and increased the memory to 64M in wp-config.php.
In the editor window (beside the Add Media button) there is a down arrow and when i click i get this message…

Have just spoken to the hosting provider and they have looked at the site and increased my php4.ini as well and the site still has the problem!
I am not sure what to do now?

You may need to re-install the theme on top of itself to overwrite all the theme files in case there was a file corruption somewhere in there.
If you are just replacing the files you will not re-set your theme options. That only happens if you change themes or reset your wordpress database.
