All of a sudden, the pagination has failed on my site, It can only go one page deep and some of my portfolio sections have up to 15 pages.
Please can you help?October 6, 2011 at 9:49 pm #53492October 6, 2011 at 10:24 pm #53493
Update: The permalinks are failing in random places, and when I update the posting, it does not update on the siteOctober 6, 2011 at 10:28 pm #53494
Ok, sorry to keep posting, but what I’m seeing is that the portfolio pages that display are not updating. I can change the name of a portfolio entry, but the page that displays them does not update, although the individual post entry does update – I can’t get to it because the portfolio is not updating the link.October 7, 2011 at 7:01 am #53495
maybe you need to flush the permalinks. Go to Settings > Permalinks and click the “Save” button. Then reload the petmalinks settings page again. This forces wordpress to rewrite the htaccess file and to adjust the permalink settings.October 8, 2011 at 5:56 pm #53496
Hi. I have done that, and it works – sort of. The portfolios are acting completely strange. Now the last portfolio section (Written Words) is not loading at all, keep getting a 404 NOT FOUND Message. This is critical failure as clients look at these portfolios over the weekend.October 8, 2011 at 6:08 pm #53497
And now…just on Chrome, none of the portfolios are loading, yet they are on Firefox and Safari (with the exception of the last portfolio) This is crazy. When I click on other pages (not portfolio), mouse over shows the portfolio list updated (I changed Written Word to Poetry & Novels), but when I click on portfolio, it does not update/refresh. I’ve cleared the cache on each browser. Is there a way I can talk to someone? It’s much clearer to “speak” the issue. Thanks.October 9, 2011 at 8:09 am #53498
