Hi,
The greyscale effect does not appear when I add partners into the partners list widget. It shows the original image as it is.
How can I do that?

Hi,
On your Template Builder > Select a dynamic template with the "Logo/Partner List" element, look for "Image hovers effects", choose greyscale.

Hi teamkp,
I'm not sure what you mean. Is the option not there or is it not working? If it isn't there, try removing that element from the editor then saving the template. Then re-add it in using the Add Elements drodown at the top of the editor.

You can send the information to my email at DevinVinson (at) gmail.com. Make sure to include a link to this topic so that my spam filter doesn't grab it :)

Hi Devin,
I am using self-hosted wordpress. So I could not do create account for you.
I tried the same thing in many ways. but got no solution. I had some doubts. Could you please clarify them?
I observed that there is no greyscale- effect and filtered images in my css class my choices theme. Is it generated dynamically?
I want to use slideshow for the partners list. Could you please tell me how to do this?

You can try re-generating the image thumbnails using http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
but it could also be that your local server isn't able to process the php that creates the greyscale image. Putting the site live will most likely resolve it but you will need to regenerate the images once again to get the function to reprocess them.

Thanks Devin.
