Path to the picture

   I wonder which path I will write to my image that is among the images/skin5 folder and I want to use it in the index file, I try that way but it does not work:

   $ placeholder [1] = '<h3>We can El </ h3>
   
   <p> hjdsfhj NKH jkljl t out laboratory dolores et magna aliqua.</ p> ';

   you can try following code:
   

   $ placeholder [1] =  '<h3>We can  El </ h3>
                        <img src="'.get_bloginfo("template_url").'/images/skin5/my-image.jpg" alt="" />
                        <p> hjdsfhj NKH jkljl t out laboratory dolores et magna aliqua.</ p> ';
