    Hi,

I guess this is a basic question, so sorry in advance. We have a website built running Apache PHP handler. Looks awesome with Enfold. We are on Enfold 3.8.4, just updated. However, we need to upgrade our old, unsupported PHP (5.4.45) and that means we have to use FASTCGI as Centos/Plesk is moving away from the Apache handler re: security issues according to them. So, I tried switching to the fastcgi handler, same PHP version and the website completely broke.

So I guess the question is: What is the process to tell WordPress/Enfold that I am going to use fastcgi?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey jlee2027,

at first test with a default WP theme if it’s working and let us know about your results with it here.
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Best regards,
    Andy
