Hello,
I have a problem whereby when you click on a thumbnail a small white box appears but without the picture or the ability to close it. I thought this might have been a problem with lightbox so I downloaded a version via plugins but this does not appear to have fixed it.
Can you please assist, have no problem dropping a donation for your efforts.

have you tried deactivating your plugins one by one to see if this solves anything? It should work as is.
