Placing text at the bottom of the page

Hi there

im having a little difficulty here i need to place a few disclaimer sentances at the bottom of the page

the foot area is split in to 3 or 4 columns which breaks up my text ninto a long narrow paragraph

is there anyway i can spread the text out across two columns

if not is there away atleast to place the text below the footer area?

I'd insert the text after the widget areas. You can insert it in footer.php (use ftp please and not the wp theme editor ! ) and before:

you can write your html code - i.e. like:

```
