Hi,
On the newscast sidebar news widget, how can I get some more spacing/padding between the END of each excerpt and the line that separates the excerpts. I would want the spacing for only one of the widgets, so I'd want to modify, say, id="community_news-3"

This just needs some extra CSS specific to the ID added to the end of style.css. For specific ID's you use a "#" / for classes you use "." so the CSS would look similar to this:
#community_news-3 p { padding: 0.5em 0 1em; }
Please note: it's the p tag that the text is in so just increase the padding so the border is pushed down. If you wanted space after the bottom border you'd add margin.
