    Hi,

    since installing the Replete theme a certain part of the PlugIn Events Manager doesn’t work any more.

    The google map shows a grey Loading Map… that doesn’t go away. See http://www.forthree.com/veranstaltungen/10-wertinger-mixed-turnier/

    Under http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/google-maps/ there are some know issues listed. Do these issues conflict with Replete?

    Thanks

    Max

    This maybe is a problem with the google api. It works if I reload the page (the map doesn’t appear if I load the page for the first time). Google Chrome gives me an error: “Warning: you have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors. “. Maybe you embed a map somewhere else on the page?

    I also get another error. Uncaught TypeError: object is not a function http://www.forthree.com:7 – this error is triggered by:

    <link rel="icon" href="http://www.forthree.com/wp-content/uploads/favicon.png" type="image/png">

    However I’ve no idea why this line causes a js error.

    Hi Dude,

    thanks for answering. “Under http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/google-maps/ there are some know issues listed. Do these issues conflict with Replete?” Do you know if something conflicts with Replete?

    Somehow http://www.forthree.com/basketballevents/ the map isn’t loading at all right now…

    Thanks

    No, I could not find a js code conflict. It seems like the favicon line causes an error but I’m not sure why. You can try to delete following code from header.php:

    if (function_exists('avia_favicon'))    { echo avia_favicon(avia_get_option('favicon')); }

    hi,

    is there a way to show the complete pics or put a lightbox effect on the pics?

    Hi Max,

    You can try something like http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/ to modify the output of the auto created images. If the plugin is using the same thumb as somewhere else in the theme it will modify that to however. But with Replete, there isn’t any theme specific code for the plugin so I just don’t know fully where the plugin is pulling the image from.

    If you have any other questions please make a new topic as it helps keeps the forums easier to search and answer when the title matches the questions.

    Regards,

    Devin

    hi devin.

    somewhere the plugin is pulling the image… I absolutely do not want to use a plugin like http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/ to modify the output of the auto created images since then it will modify the images elsewhere. so where does the plugin pull the images from? does anybody know?

    regards,

    max

    The plugin I referenced gives you access to a front end that shows all the images the theme and plugins create. If you can pick out the image the plugin uses, you can then modify it.

    Otherwise you need to modify the plugin code directly.

    No it is not possible to excersize a lightbox effect on the pictures with this plugin. Is there a way to generate a light box effect?

    Hey maxisgoinghome,

    We really can’t support customization of third party plugins. If you want to make the image on the Events Manager page open in a lightbox effect you’ll need to get guidance from the authors of that plugin in how to modify that plugin.

    Devin
