i like to change the whole background color for certain areas of the portfolio section.
```
body {
   background: #FFD100;
}
```
works, however it doesn't change the background of the portfolio category menu and the description of the portfolio items.

the only thing now is that the picture gets transparent yellow when hovering over it.

to change the background color of the portfolio item to white again when hovering over it use:
```
#top .slideshow {
background: #ffffff;
}
```
