    Hey guys, I have a couple of minor things that Id like to tidy up on my site.

    http://dalemedia.net/?portfolio=ti003

    1) toward the top left of each portfolio item page, a button exists which allows visitors the option to display all the pages in a catagory. Could you advise how to remove this.

    2) also on the portfolio item page, how can I align the ‘add to cart’ buttons to the right whilst keeping the item descriptions and photos aligned to the left. I had tried putting them in a table but something in the css overrides the table settings.

    Any help is genuinely appreciated.

    Cheers

    Hey,

    1.) To remove the categories you can add CSS which will hide the buttons, open up style.css and at the very end add this:

    .single-portfolio span.categories { display: none; visibility: hidden; }

    2.) You need to add CSS telling the button to float right – add this to the end of style.css:

    .wp_cart_button { float: right; }

    Note that it may need other CSS as well – let me know if you run into problems.

    Hi James – Happy New Avatar!

    That worked a treat – thanks very much.

    Do you have a little trick I could use to middle align the items on the unordered list?

    cheers

    you can add the css property:

    text-align:center;

    Hey Dude – thanks for the assistance, where should I place that property?

    You can add this code to .entry ul li in style.css:

    .entry ul li {
    list-style-type:none;
    padding:3px 0px 3px 10px;
    text-align:center;
    }

    But I had a look at your page and I think it’s better if you play with the padding values because of the youtube videos in combination with text – i.e. use:

    .entry ul li {
    list-style-type:none;
    padding:3px 0px 3px 40px;
    }

    The syntax goes:

    padding: top right bottom left;

    You can try to wrap your text into a span – so i.e. write

    <span style="vertical-align: middle;">Version 1. Melodeous piano chords £99</span>
