Portfolio - demonstration needed

   Hi,

   I was really impressed by the portfolio page that include images and videos. I'm working on a video page from vimeo and youtube.
   However no matter what I try, I couldn't find a way to present the same way you did in here:
   http://www.kriesi.at/themes/upscale/portfolio/

   I've installed the demo content in hope to find a clue, but there's no way to find the settings either.
   Please make a short video that shows how to:
   A. make this nice gray box with the button
   B. Include the video inside the box (like the vimeo tiger on the right)
   C. Include a youtube video like the hot-air balloons.

   I spent many hours on this, and really need help and fast... I will really appreciate it.

   Hey,
   1) You can create as many portfolio items as you like in your admin panel (Portfolio Items > Add New).

   2) You can then assign these portfolio items to portfolio pages. Go to the Upscale Option panel > portfolio options and select one page as portfolio page and in the multiselection field select one or more portfolio categories which should appear on this particular portfolio page. You can adjust various other settings (i.e. number of columns and items per page, etc.). You can also add more portfolio pages by clicking on the green pls symbol on the bottom right.

   3) Now link to this portfolio page somehow (i.e. by using the menu manager) and it will look like: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/upscale/portfolio/ for you. If no images or videos appear you'll need to add "featured media" to your portfolio entries. Go to the portfolio item editor page and upload images or videos by using the "Upload" button in the "Add featured media" section. If you want to get this hover effect with the "play image" add a preview image (by using the featured media options/uploader) and choose the "link manually" option. Then enter a youtube or vimeo url in the link field. The video will play in the lightbox.

   Thanks for the fast reply.

   I have seen this reply in the forum, but it's not good enough, because I need exact steps to reach the vimeo example.
   What you wrote, with the featured image as thumb - is not doing it. Please take few minutes and explain with clear steps what I wrote:
   A. make this nice gray box with the button

   I'll ask Kriesi to make a video tutorial. The grey boxes will display by default (so actually you can't directly create them) if you select a page as portfolio page (see instructions above).

   Since you know the themes much better than me, could you please try to replicate portfolio page of Kriesi ?
   I really need this to be done, I can't wait any longer.
