    Hi,

    Now I have two problems about portfolio.

    1. When I use portfolio element with a category sort, It is displayed from the oldest entry. In not sort, It is displayed from the latest entry.
    I’d like to display it from the latest entry all the time.

    2. When I use portfolio element with a category sort, and use “Open entries on a single page” style, each portfolio title links are to “portfolio_entries” page.
    And in “portfolio_entries” page, each portfolio title links are also to “portfolio_entries” page. So when I click portfolio title link in “portfolio_entries” page, the same page displays.
    In same situation, image links are to “portfolio_item” page.
    I’d like to make the title link to “portfolio_item” page.

    I hope you can help me.

    Regards,
    moggy1209

    Hi!

    1.) You can change the sort order of the portfolio items. Please add this on functions.php:

    function loop_portfolio_query( $location )
    {
    if ( $location == 'loop-portfolio' )
    {
    global $avia_config;
    if(isset($avia_config['new_query'])) {
    $avia_config['new_query']['orderby'] = "date";
    $avia_config['new_query']['order'] = "ASC";
    query_posts($avia_config['new_query']);
    }
    }
    }
    add_action( 'avia_action_query_check' , 'loop_portfolio_query', 10, 1 );

    For more order parameters please refer to this link: http://codex.wordpress.org/Class_Reference/WP_Query#Order_.26_Orderby_Parameters

    2.) I’m really not sure what you want to do. Do you want the title on single portfolio view not clickable?

    .single-portfolio .slideshow_color.title_container .main-title a {
    pointer-events: none;
    }

    Ismael, take a look at this page – http://finesselimestonefireplaces.co.uk/grand-designs/

    before the update, if you click on a portfolio title, like ‘the grand provence’ it would open up the single page portfolio, now it just opens, http://finesselimestonefireplaces.co.uk/portfolio_entries/grand-designs/ this page

    its as though the single page portfolio items dont work anymore

    Hi, Ismael

    Thank you for your replying.
    “No.1″ was resolved.

    About “No.2″ please check this page – http://paprica.xsrv.jp/wordpress/portfolio_entries/used-work/
    And please click the portfolio title. I think you can’t open the single page. But if you click the image link you can open the single page.
    I want to open the single page when I click the title.

    Hey!

    That page is showing a 404 for me right now. Is there another page we can see the issue at?

    Cheers!

    Hi!

    Edit functions-enfold.php, find this code on line 277:

    if ( is_category() || is_tag() )
    		{
    			global $wp_query;

    			$term = $wp_query->get_queried_object();
    			$defaults['link'] = get_term_link( $term );
    		}
    		else if( is_archive() || is_tax() )
    		{
    			$defaults['link'] = get_permalink($id);
    		}

    Replace it with:

    if ( is_tax() || is_category() || is_tag() )
    		{
    			global $wp_query;

    			$term = $wp_query->get_queried_object();
    			$defaults['link'] = get_term_link( $term );
    		}
    		else if(is_archive())
    		{
    			$defaults['link'] = "";
    		}

    Cheers!

    Hi, Ismael

    I can’t find functions-enfold.php, but I can find the replacement code that you wrote above in functions-choices.php on line 395.
    So I replaced it with;

    if ( is_category() || is_tag() )
    {
    global $wp_query;

    $term = $wp_query->get_queried_object();
    $defaults['link'] = get_term_link( $term );
    }
    else if( is_archive() || is_tax() )
    {
    $defaults['link'] = get_permalink($id);
    }

    The problem was resolved.
    Is this the correct way?
