Hi, I'll be as detailed as possible.
For no reason today, my portfolio items wouldn't load (just the spinning circle in the middle) and all portfolio page links disappeared and showed as a 404 page. All footer widgets to the latest portfolio pages went to 404 page not found, even though these items were accessible through the dashboard under portfolio items.
I deactivated all plugins and the portfolio images appeared ok on the homepage but the pages were still 404's.
One by one a reactivated all plugins and checked every single item through the dashboard. The problem seems to be with the plugin WP Socializer. If I activate this plugin, the portfolio items will not show up at all. If I deactivate, all works ok.
My issue is, WP socializer worked absolutely fine for 6 months with no problems before today and I haven't updated it. Can anyone tell me why this has suddenly happened? I rely on WP socializer for links within my portfolio items.
