I would like to know if the following is possible.
When you click show excerpt and title, the title and excerpt show beneath the portfolio pictures on the portfolio overview page. But i only want the excerpt and title to show when clicked, in the lightbox.
Is that possible?

Hi Woekan,
Unfortunately not without some major modification to the theme files. If you aren't familiar with javascript and php, I would look into a freelance developer.
I'm not actually completely sure that prettyPhoto could handle the excerpt passed through, but I know it can take a photo description if its added into the individual photo.
