    I would like to do the following:

    1) Decrease the top padding of the portfolio item when in the main portfolio page (where it appears in a grid as thumbnails)

    2) Delete the appearance of the except text AND the “Read more” text that appears below the thumbnails for portfolio single page on the main portfolio page

    3) Is there a way to place a widget in the left column and delete the portfolio category text below the portfolio title when on the single portfolio item page?

    4) Change the color of the portfolio title when on the single portfolio item page?

    Thanks for all your help!

    Hi,

    1.) How many columns are you using? Do you have a sidebar on that page?

    2.) To remove excerpt open includes > loop-portfolio.php and remove this code

    the_excerpt();

    3.) To remove the category meta, add this on your custom.css

    .portfolio-categories.minor-meta {
    display: none!important;
    }

    4.) To change the title use this

    .post-title.portfolio-single-post-title {
    color: red;
    }

    Hi Ismael,

    Thanks for your help. Answer to your question on #1: I am using 3-cloums on the main portfolio page with no sidebars. Does that info help? Thanks, again!

    The code for #4 doesn’t seem to work. Not sure why. Thoughts?

    Hi tamtamdesigns,

    Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

    For the portfolio spacing:

    #top .content.portfolio-size-3 .post-entry.post-entry-portfolio-first.not-sortable {
    padding-bottom: 0px;
    }

    For the single portfolio title try:

    #top.single-portfolio .post-title.portfolio-single-post-title {
    color: #333;
    }

    Regards,

    Devin
