I'm setting up site using brightbox theme. I've noticed something strange with the "Add Featured Media" option under the portfolio items.
Most of the portfolio images we have already in our media library. If you hit Upload under Add Featured Media, then go to Media Library and search for the image you want, once located it gives option "Insert into Post". If you click this, the image appears ok. But when you save the image is lost and the preview of the image just shows a film roll and on the front end of the site theres no image.
If you upload a new image, or don't use the search function in the Media library and just browse to it, the button option is different and displays "Use image as featured image". This seems to work fine.
It's only when we see "Insert into Post" instead of "Use image as featured image" where the problem occurs, this seems to happen each time the media library search or filter is used or if you try using the "From URL" option to link the image.
Is there a possible fix to this? At the moment we either need to upload the image again, or manually browse through to media library in order to get it to work.
