I am wondering the best way to make my image posts on my portfolio page the exact size. As you can see in my link below, the image preview of each portfolio post is cropped. What size should I make these? Or is there a setting to make it fit that I have not seen. The options on the post edit area are not making it fit like I'd like.

currently your portfolio images have the dimensions 280px width and 140px height. You can change the though by editing template_portfolio.php - search for following line and replace the values "280" and "140" with any values you like.
$resize_options1 = "&w=280&h=140&zc=1";Maybe some css adjustments are needed though.
