Tagged: portfolio display not working
So I am using the Display theme on my website, http://www.tylonproducts.com. I recently upgraded wordpress and ever since, my portfolio thumbnails won’t show or anything. You can see the problem on my portfolio page- http://www.tylonproducts.com/?page_id=5
there is no preview at all. This is all new to me, I have no idea what the new upgrade did or what.
Any help would be great! My portfolio is a huge part of my site, I am constantly working on it, I need it to work as soon as possible.
Thank you very much!
The latest version of the Display theme is 2.0.1; you’re running version 2.0. I believe that a fix for the PrettyPhoto script was included in the update, so upgrading the theme should resolve your bug.
Alright, do I just re-download the theme to update it? I never updated a theme before.
1) Try to clear your cache if you use a caching plugin
2) Try to save the portfolio options again (under Display Options > Portfolio options). Check that they’re set correct.
3) Flush the permalinks by Saving the permalinks options. Go to Settings > Permalinks and click on save.
I have no caching plugin, none of these worked. I tried each one; under portfolio there should be the pages, I think theres probably about 8. The option doesn’t even show there are more than three images. I can clearly see that they are there, but it looks as if something in the new code/ update isn’t displaying the page numerations on the portfolio images page.
