Portfolio items no longer linked

I'm pretty new to word press but we have a great site using the Flashlight theme and all has been going great.
Today I was making some small changes on the site and I noticed that the portfolio entries were no longer linked - I have no idea how this has happened or what to do to fix it, hopefully it is something really simple.

The site is http://www.livingspacearchitects.com/

By clicking on a menu you will go to a portfolio, when you click on an image to go to a portfolio entry you get a message saying "Error 404, nothing found"

Any help would be really welcome.

I think I have ressolved this now after searching Error 404 (sorry should have done that before!) Advice from The Dude:

"If you find you're getting 404 Page Not Found errors after completing my modification code, you need to flush your rewrite rules.

To do this, you need to load (but not change or save) you Permalinks settings page (WP Admin -> Settings -> Permalinks).
