If I select "open Lightbox when clicked" from the menu in the Featured media panel ... the lightbox works fine, but a unique group is created for the rel attribute (e.g. rel="lightbox[auto_group2]"). This prevents the next previous controls in the lightbox from moving through the thumbnails in the portfolio.
Even if I select "open Lightbox when clicked" for all the images in a specific portfolio post slideshow ... those will not scroll through when I open from the portfolio overview page. I'm not sure what the auto_group is supposed to be, or if there is a means of linking all the photos in a given portfolio.
