    Hi,

    I wonder how I can increase the font size of the portfolio meta info?

    http://www.theartsofsilence.com/artwork/hummingbird/

    This is what I mean:

    Title: Hummingbird

    Medium: Acrylic on canvas

    Size: 10×10″

    Thanks a lot!

    Viktoria

    ps: I am very satisfied with your support! Thanks a lot :)

    Hi!

    Please use following css code

    #top .portfolio-meta-list li {
    font-size: 20px;
    }

    and use a custom font-size value.

    Regards,

    Peter

    Thanks Peter! Great!

    I do have an other question:

    I use Social Sharing Toolkit plugin. (I tried so many different kind, but neither of them works as I want.) Anyway as I add new content to my SEO, the social plugin doesn’t update it, therefore the info doesn’t display on social websites.

    I hope I could give you a good explanation…

    Here is an example: http://www.theartsofsilence.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/Screen-Shot-2013-07-01-at-8.47.17-AM.png

    What can cause this problem?

    Any recommendation for social sharing plugins?

    I tried to empty all cashes, refresh everything, but nothing happens.

    Tanks,

    Viktoria

    Hi,

    Try this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/microblog-poster/ .

    Also run your pages through this https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug … if you have errors , they must be fixed.

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hi Nick,

    I am using the plugin, which is a great tool to have. Thanks.

    I run the debug tool, and it found an error:

    http://www.theartsofsilence.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/Screen-Shot-2013-07-03-at-10.05.28-AM.png

    Is it possible that this is the cause of the problem, making changes in meta desription, doesn’t appear right away?

    Thanks a lot,

    Viktoria

    Hi,

    Your Social Sharing Toolkit v2.1.2 is conflicting with Yoast WordPress SEO plugin v1.4.12. The SST plugin should have an option not to inject the open graph (og) tags since its injecting exactly the same ones that Yoast is injecting, but Yoast is doing other stuff too. If there is no button on the plugin, ask the developer on their forum if there is a way to fix this, but at the end you may have to dump that plugin.

    Just to let you see what the heck this is all about, its about these tags injected into your header that facebook and other places need to figure out what it is each of your pages is about, you can view source and see them in head

    <meta property="og:locale" content="en_US"/>
    <meta property="og:title" content="Lullabee the Hummingbird - The Arts of Silence"/>
    <meta property="og:description" content="Intuitive Art from the Inner Silence"/>
    <meta property="og:url" content="http://www.theartsofsilence.com/artwork/hummingbird/"/>
    <meta property="og:type" content="article"/>
    <meta property="og:site_name" content="The Arts of Silence"/>
    <meta property="og:image" content="http://www.theartsofsilence.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/Hummingbird-acrylic-painting-by-Viktoria-Seavey-www.theartsofsilence.com_-300x300.jpg"/>

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Dear Nick,

    Thank for helping me to understand what is this all about. I disabled the open graph on the SST plugin, and that fixed the error. There were some other issues as well, but I could take care of those. I have no errors anymore according to the debugger! Yay!!! Everything works perfectly :)

    Thanks again!

    Wishing you the best,

    Viktoria
