    Hi,

Apologies in advance for being an idiot; I’m sure I’m staring the obvious in the face but I need someone to point it out to me. I’m fairly ignorant when it comes to site building and this is my first time away from the Twenty Ten theme…

I want to create a portfolio page of published magazine features which I have in pdf format. What’s the best way to do this?

Ideally the main portfolio page would show thumbnails or previews of the pdf files as if they were standard images and they’d open to a pdf viewer such as Google Docs when clicked.

Do I need to manually create jpg (or whatever) previews of the pdfs to use as images with a link behind them to the file in a document viewer or is there a simpler method that I’m not seeing?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Hello,

You are correct. You can then manually link the images to the PDF files. :)
