Perhaps I don't have the latest version compatible with 3.0.1? I went and logged into my themeforest account and have no idea of knowing if I have the latest version or not?

The permalinks need flushing - go to WP admin -> Settings -> Permalinks and hit save.
Let me know if it still doesn;t work :)
