    I want to edit my portfolio page to show something like in >

    Portfolio

    It has different categories >

    All/CSS/HTML/Photography/PSD/VIDEO

    And for my site I want something like

    ALL / Logo / Web / Interface

    So how do I do this ? create a page > portfolio

    Then create a portfolio item each for logo , web , interface? And a category for each item as well ?

    Hi dsgnerfw,

    You just need to create portfolio categories and then add the category to each item. You can use the categories meta box on the right hand side of any portfolio item when editing it to do so.
