The thumbnail links perfectly to a page.. But the Title below and the Read more link to the portfolio page?
Am I missing something in the docs? I have change the portfolio to link to the page.. tried manually with link, also selecting the page as well.

portfolio pages weren't meant to have everything linked to seperate pages - as it sort of ruins the idea of portfolio pages. You should rather modify the single portfolio template to be the same as the page template you're using on the page you're linking to.
Lets say your pages are using the standard page.php template you can copy the contents of it and paste all of it in your single-portfolio.php - this way your portfolio page looks the same without changing the links of anything. - You will have to move your content from your pages to your portfolio pages though - but it's meant to be like that.
We made a few minor changes. - It works now.. thanks for your help!
