    I have selected the checkbox to display my post date and categories with my posts. But they aren’t showing. What’s up?

    Hey Dandelion222,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hey!

    I’m sorry but the login credentials are not working. Did you use the advance layout builder to build the content of the posts? Note that by using the advance layout builder, all default posts elements such as the title, post meta info, category and other elements will not be included in the template. You have to add it manually. Please use the default editor if you don’t want to insert the objects manually.

    Did you try logging in at the /wp-login page instead like I mentioned?

    No, they were not created using the Advanced Layout Builder. But I am still curious. What do you mean they would “have to be added manually?”

    Hi,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)
