post images in excerpts

I have a conundrum.

I like images in my posts. Usually right near the top.

I have the latest post on Column 1 of the home page. It is pulling in the image into the excerpt.

But I also have a separate blog page...I do want the image to show up in the excerpt on the blog page.

How do I get it to not show up on the home page?

Well, I fixed it.

I installed Advanced Excerpt Plugin, then edited the box class code to call 'the_advanced_excerpt' (with its arguments) instead of 'the_content'.

Problem solved!
