I am not really sure with Corona how to create a full width POST layout without sidebars so that in the page layout dropdown for some posts I can chose to have no sidebar.

EDIT: page/post I know its confusing what I mean in that I need to have a dropdown option when writing a post that will make that post appear on a fullwidth page just like a full width page...an option to have no sidebars
Hey,
you can create a fullwidth custom template. Use the template builder and for "Dynamic Template Page Layout" select "Fullsize, no sidebar" and add the "page/post content" element to it. Then go to the post editor page and select "Overwrite default Blog Post Layout" - "Dynamic Template" and afterwards the fullwidth dynamic template.
