I solved this problem by simply installing a plugin for social share.
I use this one: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/really-simple-facebook-twitter-share-buttons/It's really simple to use and works fine

Hi Mocoto,
Like fla_dechen the simplest solution would be to use a plugin. Social Share is one. You also have ShareThis, AddThis, Sexy Bookmarks, and a host of others.
