Pretty Photo & NextGen Gallery Displaying Photo Twice

Hello!

On this part of our site: http://www.stultssweets.com/ideas/ when you click on the majority of the pictures you will notice NextGen Gallery will do it's pop up but also PrettyPhoto pops the same picture over it as well. I had the NG Plugin installed prior to the Flagship theme.

Any suggestions on how I can clean up that situation? Should I remove NG Gallery Plugin and just use the Wordpress Gallery Option instead?

Hi,

You can deactive prettyPhoto too. Just open functions.php and find this code

wp_register_script( 'avia-prettyPhoto', AVIA_BASE_URL.'js/prettyPhoto/js/jquery.prettyPhoto.js', 'jquery', "3.0.1", true);

Replace it with this

//wp_register_script( 'avia-prettyPhoto', AVIA_BASE_URL.'js/prettyPhoto/js/jquery.prettyPhoto.js', 'jquery', "3.0.1", true);

If you don't see any advantage using NG Gallery Plugin, just deactivate it and use the default lightbox featured instead.

I had the same issue, but I need to use NG Gallery Plugin. However, I found a post here http://www.der-prinz.com/prettyphoto-image-effect-nextgen-gallery/ that explains how to just have the NG use Pretty Photo.

Worked like a charm for me, and now my Choices + NextGen are like best friends :)
