Hi,
If I want to print a page or post, It prints out everything including the sidebar and footer widgets. How can I make it so that only the body is printed without the widgets?

I use this pkugin myself: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/universal-post-manager/
It's not mentioned in the article but its the best (but also most complex one).
