Probelms with Avia builder and problems with transparent header

Hi I have a few different issues and hope it is ok to address in one post. I am using Enfold 3.0.4 and WordPress 4.0.1

Avia builder issues:

I cannot switch back and forth between avia builder and default editor. When I go form Avia builder to default editor my content from the avia builder is erased and vice versa.

Also when using the avia builder my sidebar disappears. The only way to get the sidebar back is to switch over to the default editor and re-save the page. But then of course, all of my avia builder content disappears…as I indicated earlier.

Transparent Header Issues:
Whichever page I set for the blog will not let me edit the header settings. I would like to have a transparent header in every area of the site for consistency. This leads me to another question. Assuming the transparent header worked on the blog page, how would I add an image to go behind it if the blog page does not allow for any content on the page but articles? I noticed that your restaurant theme has a transparent header in the news/blog section.

One last thing, is it possible to set a transparent header globally…possibly some code I can edit? This way it would display on category pages and blog posts.
