1.) Do you receive WP emails such as new user registration / lost password? If you don't it is down to your host; if you do let us know.
2.) This did open for me but took a while. I'd suggest using a Content Delivery Network or getting a faster connection from your host (or a new host) to solve this.
3.) I don't quite know where you want to add the image - could you upload a screenshot highlighting where you want it and link back to it here?
