I made a site on the localhost. There all works, but when I move the site to the server something breaks. Theme is loading, manually created links are displaying, but I can not login into the system. Customized settings are reset at the theme. It is also impossible to go to the woocommerce shop page, the bbpress forum and the contact page (provided by theme). Everywhere there is a blank page. When switching through the database to a standard theme I can start admin panel and a shop.
I did not change theme files and settings in the database. I published the site to host server (bluehost) using guides.
What could be the problem?

I would try first switching to the default twenty twelve theme on your live wordpress installation.
Then, completely delete the Propulsion theme from your server. Re-download the theme from Themeforest from your Downloads and then install the newly downloaded theme files to your live server. Once it has been installed, try activating it and see if you have any issues viewing regular pages or posts.
