   Sorry for my English I use google translation.
   I bought your theme Newscast and I can not install in wordpress.
   I tried to install wordpress or by direct upload. and the theme is never enabled or visible.
   My ISP is OVH.

   Hey,
   please unzip the package you got from themeforest.net ONE time. You should get a folder which contains PSDs, Docs and another zip file (which is called newscast.zip. This zip file is the right file. Go to your wordpress admin panel and navigate to Appearance > Themes. Then select the newscast.zip file, upload & install it. You can also unpack this file and upload the folder via ftp.

   Is it normal that I download my file is named: 495185.zip and not "Newscast 4 in 1 - template Magazine and Blog.zip"? because I tried your method and it still does not work.

   I try with the file 495185.zip and I've this message:

   I've:
   - documentation_html
   - psd
   - __MACOSX
   - newscast.zip
   - Version History.pdf

   I used newscast.zip in Wordpress but it stay install in progress.....

   I've Windows + wordpress 3.1.13

   Please try to unzip newscast.zip and upload the resulting folder via ftp. to wp-content/themes folder. Now the newscast theme should be installed properly. You can use a ftp software like filezilla.

   I tried what you say but the newscast theme is not detected.

   Is it normal to have the file .DS_Store? Because it's Mac and not Windows file,isn't it?

   Else if I can not install it how can I get a refund? It's a shame because I love your theme.

    Please try to download the theme files again from themefores.net. Maybe the package is corrupt.

    If you want to get a refund you need to contact envato/themeforest directly. They're your contract partner.

    Hello.

    I pass to download the good file newscast-4-in-1-magazine-and-blog-template.zip but with filezilla or wordpress, i can't activate theme.

    When i try with Wordpress and newscast.zip, it say thaht theme is install but when i activate, it say theme is corrupted.
    When I try with Filezilla and unzip newscast.zip, wordpress don't see the theme.

    Was there any resolution to this? I am experiencing the exact same issues when trying to install the Elementia theme. I've watched the video and followed the steps but Wordpress is saying the theme is broken. Please help. It would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Elementia: http://themeforest.net/item/elementia-4-in-1-business-and-portfolio-template/93582 is a html template. You need to edit all files manually and upload the html files to your server. You can't use it with WordPress. As far as I know there's no WordPress version.
