I installed the latest version of woocommerce and I also install that works with ShareThis woocommerce.
Twitter, Facebook, Google + work very well, but Pinterest does not load the image I want to share I really do not understand why.

Hi Aaron,
I'm not familiar with how Pinterest takes its image from ShareThis. Can you double check that you have the plugin set up correctly? Try changing the Theme to one of the default themes (twenty eleven etc) and see if the plugin works.
You might need to contact the plugin developer to see if Pinterest has something specific it needs to call in order to display an image.
