For all subpages I created a slider based on the “small header” template.
Now I duplicate this “master” in the “All sliders” view from Layerslider.
The new version gets a new ID and is working fine.
The name of the new one is the old name + “copy” …
For example “Why Enfold – Small Header” gets to “Why Enfold – Small Header copy”.
There is no possibility to rename the slider.

That’s ok for the creating process…

But now I go to the subpage I want to select this new slider.
The Avia Layout Builder is active.
In Media Elements I select “Advanced Layerslider” and drag it down into the page content.
Then via drop down I can’t select the slider I created, cause all sliders have the same name and I can’t select via slider ID, but just via the slider name !

How can I select a slider copy, if it is not the first copy of a “master slider” and so has the same name as other copies??? The best solution for me would be in Avia module “Advanced Layerslider” to select not via name but via the slider ID …

I hope you get what I mean :-)

    Thanks
    Tom

    Hey ideenstart!

I’ve included Dude and Kriesi on the topic. For the meantime if you have access on the database, you can edit the wp_layerslider table then go to the slide that you want to rename.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
