Which item is it specifically that we can see whats going on? The “TrainerWebsites” item has a very large image and is scaled down to fit the portfolio size which will definitely cause a bit of compression. If you want to have complete control of images after they have been resized for theme use, you’ll need to create and upload replacement files for each portfolio entry. For example, to replace one of the images for that portfolio entry you can upload a replace file with the same name and same pixel size here: http://sleet-design.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/trainer_innerpages-930×1860.jpg
