Problem With Search Results Pagination

   If I do a search and I get 20 results, the results will only display one result at a time.

   Is there a setting somewhere to increase the number of results or is this a bug with propulsion?

   I would like to display 10 results with only 2 pages

   That shouldn't be the case. The default behavior is more like what you are describing. See the demo with an example here: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/propulsion/?s=Page

   Can you check your settings for how many posts should be displayed in Settings>Reading "Blog pages show at most". I believe this setting also controls how many search results are displayed per page.
