I am opening a new thread for this issue since the previous one was locked by a moderator who suggested that I seek support from the 3rd party plugin developer. This is an unacceptable response since the problem occurs with several other plugins which are free! Enfold is not free, I paid for support so one would expect some kind of assistance.
Like I said in the other post, the checkout page presents a problem in the area that one selects payment method and shipping method. AJAX is looping and not letting the customer select any method.
Problem disappears when the extra charges plugin is disabled. I have already tried two different plugins (both free) and the issue keeps occurring with both of them.Hi mkrokos!

I would like to point out that you have read under scope section here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/#av_section_2 that we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins. We do not mind taking a quick look but if it requires a lot of work, we simply suggest you to contact plugin author since they should have better insight on what could be causing the issue. Also, Enfold is a paid product, but the support we provide is not. We do it for customer satisfaction. But since there are thousands of plugins, it is simply impossible for us to make Enfold compatible with all of them.Best regards,

I am sorry, but we can’t provide support for this 3rd party plugin, as it would require a huge amount of work. You can hire a freelancer for this kind of job though. However, I suggest to use an original WooCommerce extension like for example:

AndyI am sorry to hear that but I must inform you that the problem has nothing to do with the plugins (I have already tried two free ones and one commercial… the one you just suggested). They all produce the same problem. It is clearly an issue of Enfold and in my opinion you should deal with it and not throw the ball to someone else’s field.
