    Hello
We set up a new site tonight and when we install woocommerce (3.2 or 3.1.2) with Enfold the site back end goes white. If we remove woocommerce and leave Enfold it works fine. If we activate Woocommerce and the Default theme it works fine. If we try to activate both Woocommerce and Enfold we get the white screen (and back end is not accessible).

Domain in private content. Please help.
This is our 6th Enfold/Woocom install and this is the first time this has happened.

    Hey web6s,

Did you try to increase the memory allocated to PHP on the installation? 256mb should be enough: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

I did try that – the issue remains though.

It only happens when I try to have Woocommerce and Enfold both active. Any other combination works fine (Woocom and any other theme, Enfold without Woocom).

    Hi,

Ok, did you have a look at the server logs? I can’t reproduce the error on my local installation.

    Best regards,

Did you guys get to the bottom of this? I’m having the same issue.

We did not. I ended up starting fresh with a new install of everything ( a few times) and eventually it worked.

I just upgraded the site we’re working on to PHP7 and deactivated the security plugins I was using and just got the first successful install.

Thanks for getting back to me though, glad it wasn’t just me!

    Cheers
    Jon
