Problems with Icon box with a picture and layout elements

I have a few questions, Kriesi asked me to drop them here:

1) When I use an icon box with a picture in it, the line arround it wil not go arround the picture, but only arround the icon title

2) When I use layout elements, it works fine, beside the color section, things are getting messed up with the side bars, the side bars dissapear.
