the <!-- --> means it won’t be loaded, maybe you can try and remove that to see if it works.
If it is a faulty script we can’t support for external plugins/widgets as it is very time intensive to learn how they work and more. Maybe the guys who made it can help you out if my solution doesn’t work. I hope it works :)
