    Hello,

    I installed the plugin PopUp Builder Premium and I had problems.

    The problems have gone to uninstall PopUp Builder Premium

    PopUp Builder Premium has been updated 2 days.

    My Enfold version is 3.4.1 and WordPress is the last summer

    Could it be because of that I have to update WP and Enfold?

    I’m afraid I installed the update because WPML last summer, and it took much effort to install

    Hey Ramiro,

    I’m not sure if that could be the cause, but I think running the latest version of WordPress and the theme would be a good idea. Could you try that out please?

    Hi

    I just upgraded all plugins, enfol theme and the latest version of wordpress

    However Popup Builder http://sygnoos.com/wordpress-popup/ still giving me problems.

    It is updated a few days ago and have good ratings.

    It seems that affects templates moving elements, others disappear, like videos …

    What should I do?

    Hi,

    Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please? You could try to disable all other plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from one of them.

    I finally solved the problem with the support team Popup Builder.
    They sent me a php file to replace an existing one.
