    Hello-
I believe I am having a conflict between Enfold and woo-product addon with a SIMPLE Product.
I see there has been past issues with addon conflict : see issue #1028836

My issue was not a big deal but with latest woocommerce update, the conflict with Enfold has become worse so I made 2 staging copies and have sent screen shots to hopefully help you see problem.

I did this in staging copy
    Woocommerce 3.53 Enfold 4.5.3 woo addon 3.0.5
    screen shot: https://gyazo.com/bc2d47ff249812a2b8cd6c5c93f90d8c
The problem is the purple text 1/2 down – “1x undefined $716” annoying but options showed so I was OK.

When I install theme Twenty Nineteen simple product addon shows correctly
I get this screen shot: https://gyazo.com/46c807fc8cc7be11b19e8ee416cc1a4e
Half way down the description now reads: “1x Evenheat glass kiln $716” – so I think conflict with Enfold and wooaddon.

So it’s supposed to be grabbing the product description but with Enfold it says “Undefined”
The Booking product with Addon displays fine: https://gyazo.com/1fe760a8d3a874f55ea7e7618a11bc5f
Displays the Product “Valentines Create Silver $64” and product addon under for additional person option

    UPDATE WooCommerec to latest:
    Woocommerce 3.54 Enfold 4.5.3 woo addon 3.0.5
Now additional problem-Same conflict with Enfold as above but now if Bookings is activated the product addon for SIMPLE PRODUCT
    shows : https://gyazo.com/4eb05f91768b06e1d974e087047d0c92
Notice even though I added on product options – now NEITHER the Product title nor any add-ons show up – which is a problem for customers ordering machine options.

Thank you for looking into this.
    Pat

    Hey pathaug,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

Looks like you’re using the advance layout builder for this product. Have you tried adding the title element manually using a text or code block? Make sure that it has the “product_title” class attribute added to its tag. Example:

    <h1 class="product_title">Product Title</h1>

Thanks for getting back to me.
This issue was a problem before the WordPress upgrade changing the editor.
Can you PLEASE take a look.
I gave access and lot’s of screen shots.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

I just added the “product_title” class attribute manually in the title tag. (see private field)

    <h5 class="product_title" style="text-align: center;"><strong>EVENHEAT GLASS/METAL CLAY KILN - </strong><strong>KINGPIN 88</strong></h5>

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Thank you – that seems to work.
Sorry to be inexperienced but I cannot see what you did and where and how.
I’m not a “programmer” that’s why I like the themes.
I went to the staging copy but I don’t see where you edited to fix it.
I changed to default editor thinking it would show what you did in html but it just clears out my product. I go back to Advanced layout editor and it’s what I am used to developing with but I don’t see where the fix is.

Since I have several products using this add-on, can you please give me advice on how you did what you did so I can make the rest of the changes.
Thank you – again sorry for my inexperience

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update

I just edited the text block containing the product title. That is the element at the very top of the builder right before the product image or gallery.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
