I’ve just updated to all the latest versions of Propulsion and Woocommerce but I have now found out that the product gallery no longer shows on any of my single product pages.

Also, I don’t know if this is an old or new issue as I haven’t used this function with Propulsion before, but when I add images to the product variations the image on the product page does not change when you select the different options.

    Here’s an example:

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Your settings are all messed up. You changed inside Woo plugin the designation for the main store shop page, Have you designated your home page and the blog ONLY in Abundance > Theme Options and do not set anything in Settings > Reading about the home page and blog page.

That link you included is science fiction, its not a product, says its a blog, acts like an image attachment. Such a condition can either be caused by really wacked out settings or by an error in the wordpress itself. Please check where your main shop page is, and why not in menu.

    Hi Nick,

Thanks for getting back to me. Sorry, I think I changed the name of the ‘shop’ page after I posted my question. My bad. Here is the example showing that the product gallery isn’t visible:

The product gallery doesn’t work with Propulsion but it uses its own gallery management feature. Actually you need to select the images twice. You need to add ALL product images (including all variation images) to the slideshow ( ) and afterwards you need to set (the same images) as “variation images” ( ).

I can’t understand what has happened then as I used the same single image across all 40 products to show a product example under the individual product feature image. This doesn’t appear to be there now so I will have to add it to all 40 products again. This did work before I updated to the latest virsion of Propulsion.

Has this just been a wierd instance or is there something that would have caused this? I wouldn’t want to have to do this everytime I update.

I think this was an anomaly the way that page looked. I never encountered something like that. But that”s why its a good idea to do backups , because something when you update wordpress or even a plugin, you may permanently damage the site and loose lots of work. Unfortunately most people gamble that such a misfortune doesn’t happen to the them, and only start religiously backing up after one does.
