Product Image Lightbox Adds Non Existing Image

Hi,

With a product set up with one or more images, when I click on the image to view, the image displays correctly however it always displays an additional counter to a non existant image.

So if I have one image, the lightbox will show 1 of 2 and when you click on the arrow for the other image it displays the following error message:

Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.

This happens on any number of images.

Is there a setting to change? Or is this a bug?

That doesn't sound like the correct behavior at all. Can we take a look at your site and the issue live?

I'm not getting the same issue. Is it just in a specific browser or anything?

Could you make take a screenshot of the error?

Good Question, didn't check that.

lightbox doesn't work at all in IE 9, but it does open the image in the same browser window
Works on Chrome fine

Hi jasonjoyce,

I'm still not getting the error in IE9 or FF12. Can you try doing a hard refresh on those browsers to clear out your local cache and then viewing the page again.
