I have looked through the support forum and couldnt find anything on this particular issue. Usually I find what I need but not on this occasion.
I have a quiery regarding lightbox slider on product images:
Here’s a link to the ‘portfolio’ page on my website http://faltownskateboards.co.uk/who-we-are/matt-perham/ . As you can see, when it loads the image at the top risezes itself to display the whole image. However, when I up0load an identical sized image to a product page (here) http://faltownskateboards.co.uk/shop/pasty-thief/ it does not resize in the same fashion, but instead crops it’s height.
Why is this happening and can you help make it so the product page behaves like the portfolio page?
Thank you and I love Propulsion!

You can edit functions.php, find this code:
$avia_config['imgSize']['featured'] = array('width'=>930, 'height'=>340); // images for fullsize pages and fullsize slider
Replace the height then upload the product image again.

This guy’s second URL link is no longer working so I can’t see what was happening. I don’t know if it’s the same problem I’m having in Propulsion….
Basically I want to change the largest thumbnail preview on the product pages so it is square (not rectangular) and doesn’t crop the images.
I’m uploading 600×600 images and, other than the cropping in that large preview thumbnail, I like the way they work across the site.
Pls advise. Thx, as always!
PS: I don’t know if it helps you to know my settings in WooCommerce are – do I need to change these:
Catalog Images 600×600px Hard Cropped
Single Product Image 600×600px Hard Cropped
Product Thumbnails 80×80px Hard CroppedAugust 25, 2014 at 5:48 am #308598
Thank you for the info.
Please edit config-woocommerce > config.php, find this code on line 16:
$avia_config['imgSize']['shop_single'] = array('width'=>450, 'height'=>355);
Adjust the width and height then again, regenerate the thumbnails using this plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

I changed the PHP file as below (and WooCommerce settings to match), and regenerated thumbnails but the images appear the same size as before. In Woo I also removed the Hard Cropping on each image type but that also didn’t make any difference. Pls help.
$avia_config[‘imgSize’][‘shop_thumbnail’] = array(‘width’=>80, ‘height’=>80);
$avia_config[‘imgSize’][‘shop_catalog’] = array(‘width’=>280, ‘height’=>321);
$avia_config[‘imgSize’][‘shop_single’] = array(‘width’=>400, ‘height’=>400);August 26, 2014 at 6:07 am #309124
Thank you for the update.
Did you change the width and height to 600? Please create a new thread then post the login details there. Post the link of the thread here. We would like to check it.
