    The product page info is squashed into a thin column & aligned right– for every product.

    I have no plugins running on this page/site & haven’t changed anything. What happened & how do I fix it?

    Example: http://testfield.susman-mcmanus.com/shop/red-graphic-tshirt-hoodie-mens/

    Thanks!

    From another post, I just found the custom.css code:

    div.product.status-publish {

    width: 430px;

    position: relative;

    left: -400px;

    }

    The custom code moved the content to fill the product page — however if you add the product to the Cart– the product is displayed way too far left now.

    Also, throughout the custom code, 10 pixels are missing on the right side of the inner box content. Help with that?

    thanks!!!

    Hi Carling,

    Can you try updating the theme to the most recent version available from your Downloads on Themeforest? There shouldn’t be any need to add that much extra positioning for the basic product layout.

    Once you’ve downloaded the new files just install the theme in the same way you first installed the theme so that it replaces the old files on your server.

    Regards,

    Devin

    I Devin,

    Thank you for your response– I did reinstall the updated theme (now running 1.9) & I’m right back where I started: http://testfield.susman-mcmanus.com/shop/367/

    Which also means, strangely, that the Add to Cart page appears correctly…

    Seems like if I change one page, the other is positioned incorrectly.

    Any more suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Carling

    Can you disable Jetpack if you have it active and check it again? If that doesn’t help create an admin account for me and I’ll log in and take a look.

    You can send the information to my email at DevinVinson (at) gmail.com. Make sure to include a link to this topic so that my spam filter doesn’t grab it :)

    I added the code I found in another thread, and it looks like that solved the issue.
